If you ship from a UPS store, bring in this letter

Every UPS Store accepts live shipments.

In case the staff didn't read the email from corporate allowing non-venomous snakes, show them the "UPS Approval of Live Animal Shipping" letter.

Regarding Insurance for Live animal shipping: We look at the weather and the UPS system. After analyzing the information, we decide if insurance is available for HUB only or HUB & HOME deliveries. 

Please be cautious as to where you’re sending your live animals. As temperatures fluctuate please watch for straddling temperatures and feel free to call fror packaging advice..

HELP US HELP YOU: We will open cases with UPS on all our stuck shipments. Please DO NOT CALL UPS, as there is a risk that could cause even more delays with the shipment. Call us if you have any questions or concerns.

If you ship without purchasing insurance, you do so entirely at your own risk and financial liability! Note: Insurance is not available on Thursdays and Fridays, and there is to be no live shipping on Fridays.
